A repository for what? Do you mean like Wise Package Studio's repository? I don't think AS has one, does it?

I think the OP is referring to Adminstudio Application Catalog(s), for which there is help on setting them up in the section 'Managing Application Catalog Databases' in the AdminStudio 9 Help Library.
