Dashboard in the Service Desk is not picking up any data
What would be the most obvious cause for this. All the widgets are showing 'no data'
not sure what you are trying to say here. The dashboard is not of any real use because it would only be of real use if you could filter by Q. That way the Q managers could get a view that is more meaningful (e.g. Tech Services Manager can just see the stats for the Tech Services Team). The way it is set up is that you get the superset of information (i.e. all Q's). So currently the Service Desk dashboard is never used to manage.
My concern at the moment is that it is not picking up any data so I cant even get an overview.
