Dashboard in the Service Desk is not picking up any data

What would be the most obvious cause for this. All the widgets are showing 'no data'

Maybe because those widgets are still, at best, questionable?!? I suggest you check that you haven’t changed any of the settings that may cause zero data and if that is not the case, then log a support call

What version of the SMA?

Does the service desk list tickets?

Can you open a ticket?
What is the title(s) of the Widget in question?

Yep everything is working perfectly except the widgets (all widgets) on the Dashboard say there is no data. 

PS> Is there any plan to add a filter to these widgets which allow to display for a Q instead of all Q's

not sure what you are trying to say here. The dashboard is not of any real use because it would only be of real use if you could filter by Q. That way the Q managers could get a view that is more meaningful (e.g. Tech Services Manager can just see the stats for the Tech Services Team). The way it is set up is that you get the superset of information (i.e. all Q's). So currently the Service Desk dashboard is never used to manage.

My concern at the moment is that it is not picking up any data so I cant even get an overview.
