Custom Views setup for Kace 6.3
We are trying to set up the default custom view in our queue to display Tickets that are opened and on Hold for Owners, Unassigned Owners, and Secondary Owners.
Under our Owners Section we have a list of 5 Employees Name which is considered our Owners group. We also set up an account additional account that is labeled Unassigned. When a ticket is unassigned this means it has no Owner.
