Custom text box field for the K1000 appliance.
I am adding some custom fields to my helpdesk queue and I would like to add a custom field with at text box that includes the HTML editor like the built in field's summary box. Is this possible? I have tried the text type and the note type for the custom filed 1 but all I get is a generic text box with out the editing functions that are present in the built in summary or resolution fields.
