Custom Action Conditions
So I created some Custom Actions to persmission the registry and folders for a package but the CA was running during uninstall. So I added in a condition which is
NOT Installed OR MaintenanceMode ="Modify"
This doesnt seem to be doing the job, its still trying to execute and error when uninstalling the application
The CA is positioned after InstallFinalized and works perfectly on install.
Any ideas?

Damm, that worked. I saw that in this forum too but wanted to see if anyone had a better suggestion. THANK YOU!
