Custom action

I'm running a VB Script which runs even during installation.But my script should run only while uninstalling.It shouldn't run while installing Can any one help me with the condition.

Condition should be REMOVE="ALL"

Condition should be REMOVE="ALL"I tend to go with REMOVE~="ALL" but then I'm a crashing pedant. :)

REMOVE~="ALL"

Can you explain how it is different from REMOVE="ALL" ?? Just for my knowledge...!! I was not aware of this...!! :(

The ~ makes it not case sensitive.

Therefore the remove could:
=ALL
=All
=all
=ALl

etc.
