Crystal Xcelsius is unable to load this file.
Hi,
I have created an MSI package using Wise Package Studio 5.50 for Business Objects - Xcelsius 2008. After running the MSI in client machine, Iam not able to open Xcelsius 4.5 version .xlf file's. Iam getting the below error message
Crystal Xcelsius is unable to load this file. This file may be corrupt or have features that cannot be supported by this version of Crystal Xcelsius
Do i need to set any configuration when packaging? Please help me to fix the issue.

No-one here can possibly know what's gone wrong here. You are going to have to run a file/registry/process monitor like ProcMon (a free download from SysInternals, now subsumed into the Microsoft behemoth) while the application runs. That will show you what files and/or registry data is missing or is permissioned inadequately.
