CRM Question

Hello All:

I am trying to use Wise Preflight to test Microsoft CRM. The preflight requires a MSI to create a preflight.msi for the preflight instrumentation use.

CRM needs to use the Setup.exe wrapper to load CRM. I extracted the CRM msi and used it to create a preflight msi, but preflight analysis says the installation failed because it needs the setup.exe to install.

Is there anyway I can get around this? I tried to create a Wise MSI of CRM but its a mess. I can't create the package because CRM won't install unless it has Outlook already installed and a profile in use. Annoying product.

Anyone come across these issues?

You mean, people actually use pre-flight?!? Just run the MSI on a VM/VPC/VBox.
