Creating a submenu for queues in Kace Service Center

I have TOO MANY queues in my service center drop down ("New", and "New Ticket From Queue"') and I wanted to know if I can compartmentalize (group) them into one tab that leads to a sub menu.For example, I have a client that has 16 sites. ALL of those sites are listed in the queue new ticket drop down menu.'l;
 I don't want to hide any queues because they are live, but at the same time I would like to tidy it up a bit. Any comment, tips or suggestions? Is this even possible to do?

Thoughts please.

There isn't any functionality in the appliance to do this. Professional Services might be able to make this change (for a fee). You can also try submitting your suggestion to the User Voice forum.
