Created custom action. Now what?

I've created a custom action but it is not running. Preseumably I need to call it from somewhere. But where?
I'm using INstallshield.

Ensure that you have actually sequenced it in the Sequence tables.

They custom action I created uses secedit to change registry permissions. Problem is, it is running as part of self heal, which users wont have access to run. How do I make it not a key?

You can either set a condition on the Custom Action (to run once, or another variable etc)
OR
You can run the SECEDIT command using the RUNAS command.
OR
You can run the SECEDIT command using the RUNAS command.
