I have three processes that need to open at three different times of the day. How can I create ticket rules so this auto happens daily at a particular time?

  • This isn't really what I want to do. I don't need an email sent to anyone. I don't want a new ticket opened what I want is for the process I have created to open. I have a parent ticket with 15 child tickets that I want to open every day at 7:00 a.m. This article does not do what I want. Any other suggestions?
