Create a Report based off of Ticket Actions
I need to create a report that will list ticket ID, Owner, and also ticket action for changed owner. Basically we want a report to show if a ticket changed owner once it was changed from the default. This is being used to track accuracy on assigning the ticket to the correct owner on the first go around. So i would want the report to show if the ticket changed owners more than once. Anyone know if that is possible.
