Considerations when going to Win7 64-bit

Hi,

at the moment when almost all applications that needed to be repackaged are repackaged and all applications were succesfully tested on Windows 7 32-bit, there has been a decision that we will migrate towards 64-bit iso 32-bit...

What are things we must consider for repackaging towards 64-bit and for other scripted applications? Do we need to throw away the work done for 32-bit? Any other things we need to take into account / hints...?

Thanks for your feedback!

The trickiest part is drivers I guess, as they say 32-bit drivers just won't work and it accepts only signed drivers.
Most apps wil do just fine.

This is all based on Vista but same rules for Win7:
