Connection Test SMTP Error

I use the SMA K1000 version 8.0. I have set Email Configuration but found an error during a test connection. Anyone can help me ?

enter the correct credentials.
Also provide the error message which could help to dig deeper.

Please be aware, that SMA 8.0 is EOL, so support will not be able to help you anymore.

  • SMTP:Invalid response code received from server (code:-1,response:)
    • this should be an issue with your SMTP - Server.
      Analyze the logs there too to find out what happened at the time you tried it.
      • I have two servers KACE, the other server has no problems, it runs normally, in the same setting

Check on the SMTP if you are limiting the IP addresses allowed to send SMTP mail.  This is a common practice with SMTP and is likely the culprit if you cannot send from just this device.
