We need to track lease info on our computers. Does KBox have a place for lease info? If not, does anyone have a step-by-step of how to add a field to the "Computers : Detail Item" under either the "Summary" or "Hardware" sections? What we need is to have "Lease Start", "Lease End", and "Lease Number".

Also, once we get the lease info into the system, can that be used to create labels and/or reports?

The KBOX does not have lease info brought in automatically.

If your pulling the lease info from the dell support site there maybe ways to bulk import.

I have created scripts for clients that screen scrape the ship date info from dell in one big swoop.

Once you have all the lease date this could easily be added to the computer asset.

Once this information is an assets it can be reported / created labels against like everything else.
