Cleaning package create with shrinkwrap

I'm new to Packaging,
Can any body give me some tips and tricks on how to clean a package captured by marimba's shrinkwrap application packager? including the files and registry.

Hello,
R u working on Application Packager-Shrik Wrap in marimba, if you have captured the application and created a channel ,open and edit -Delete files/registry accordingly -save.
