Citrix ICA Client v11 wont' deploy to Power Users
I have successfully deployed all previous version of the Citrix ICA client (7 thru 10) to Power Users with ZENworks elevated rights. I'm stumped with v11, however, because no matter what I try to do, it installs all of the core applications to %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Citrix\ICA Client instead of c:\program files\Citrix\ICA Client.
I'm about to open a support call with Citrix to find out why, but I thought I'd post it here first.

I have verified that the same thing happens if I run the directly as Power User, not through ZEN. I have pulled the following line from the msi log on the Power User install - I suspect this is where it is going bad:
Modifying ICA_DIR property. Its current value is 'C:\Documents and Settings\TestPwr\Local Settings\Application Data\Citrix'. Its new value: 'C:\Documents and Settings\TestPwr\Local Settings\Application Data\Citrix\'.
On a hunch, I changed the value of the ALLUSERS property from 2 to 1 and the problem was resolved.
