Cisco Security Conversion Tool 1.1.1.1

Cisco(SCT) 1.1.1.1 not working in user account.

We troubleshooted a lot, but We are not able to find out reason. Surely it will be an access issue.

Will this application work only in Administrators?

We were wrong. Application works for users, but strange thing is, it works for some users and for some users it

fails. Users have similar access.

How to deal with such scenarios?

Please guide.

What is the SOE for Users.. Is it not common for all Users in the Organization ?

How to deal with such scenarios?Log in with the user's account, start ProcMon with an administrator-level account, filter out processes you're not interested in (explorer.exe and so on) and then start the app.Watch for errors like 'ACCESS DENIED', 'NAME NOT FOUND' etc. Anything else is pure guesswork.
