Changing the ticket layout

Is there a way to change the ticket layout? For starters, how can I make the text bigger? I was also wondering if there was a way to be able to group certain fields in a ticket. Please let me know.

Right now there is no way to do any of that. This has been in development though and someday we might get these features. You can add to the user voice if you'd like...

It does appear that in the latest version (6.3.112445), there is now a section called Fixed Ticket Fields and Layout Ticket Fields.  While you can't change the fixed items, you can now reorder the items in the Layout Ticket Fields section.  Development has attempted to group ticket and submitter options at the top and right side, but are allowing you to reorder the middle section in a limited fashion.  No update on the text size though.
