I am using installshield to edit the msi & mst i have been able to figure out the what i need to edit is one of the following enties
ALLUSERSPROFILE TARGETDIR .:AllUSE~1| All Users
AppDataFolder TARGETDIR .:APPLIC~1|Application Data
COMMONAPPDATA_NUANCE CommonAppDataFolder Nuance
COMMONAPPDATA_NATSPEAK COMMONAPPDATA_NUANCE NATURA~1|NaturallySpeaking9
CommonAppDataFolder TARGETDIR .:Common~1|CommonAppData
I am not sure what i need to enter to have the folder created in C:\Documents & Settings\ [Username}\Application Data\Local settings
