Changing Categories for 1,000+ tickets

My company is consolidating the queues and categories in our Kace system. I am not sure even where to start in SQL to write a rule that will help me move thousands of tickets out of categories and into new ones so that I can delete the old categories. HELP!

If you just want to change the category the rules wizard could probably do this for you. Did you try it?
