Change path over multiple msi / mst packages
We have a group of about 10-20 msi / mst legacy packages that are "hard-coded" with references to the path C:\WINNT. We need to change this to C:\WINDOWS in the mst packages.
My question, is there a batch utility or procedure that will accomplish this?

Hi Zeke,
have a look at VBS script files in the Installer SDK. You should find something there, which you can alter to your needs.
In which table do you have to edit? Are the entries all in the same table with the same name? If yes, maybe, it works with a simple MST which changes only that particular entry.
