Change Management
I did some research and I found out change management could not be done using Kace. I just wanted to know has anyone figured out a way to use Kace for change management?

I have not seen a full CM process in place with the K1... but depending on complexity and your processes, the help-desk queues might help: Please check this URL: http://www.itninja.com/question/change-management
