Capture with Imagex and deploy with MDT 2013

Hello, 

I am working on stream lining a deployment process for my company. I will like an easy process like deploying from a usb stick not from the network. I have set up my reference computer(including standard applications, windows updates etc),  also syspreped and captured with imagex. Now i have a wim file,
i will like to be able to update this wim file with windows add applications etc in future and deploy using mdt 

can someone please assist in walking me through this process

Oh walk you through a 100 mile marathon.

First get the WADK and learn it, you will find you need to use DISM not imagex
