Cannot print in Secure Browser

I use Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits and installed Secure Browser. I have 3 questions:
1 - It works fine with one exception: I am not able to print any page. If I choose File/Print it opens a window where I can choose the printer and click on OK I receive following message: "Printer Error - An unknown error occurred while printing.". Is there any way I can print?

2 - I installed ZoneAlarm free firewall last version and found out that Secure Browser freezes when I try to go to a website. I added in the option Program Control of Zone Alarm, permission for Firefox (c:\program files (x86)\Dell\Secure Browser\Secure Browser (Firefox 3)\Firefox\Files\C\Program Files\MOzila Firefox\firefox.exe) but probably I must also add some more files of the folder K1000?

3 - The most recent Firefox update is version 3.6.16. Is there a way to have Firefox 4 installed in Secure Browser?

EMN123,

I'll take a look into issue #1 and #2.

As for Firefox 4.0, this is in our pipeline, sooner than later. For our 5.3 release coming out here shortly, we were concentrating on 3.6.

Thanks for reply. If you know an answer, please let me know. Sometimes I want to print a website, or simple send it to the pdf driver to save information on the HD. Also, I would like to be able to use the free firewall ZoneAlarm better than the one that comes with Windows 7.

EMN123,

On our latest test build of Secure Browser that we will be releasing, I tested both printing and installing ZoneAlarm on Windows 7 64-bit.

The printing worked correctly. We did have a BUG for this, and a fix was introduced and implemented.

Now with Add-Ons, it is almost impossible to be 100% compatible within the Secure Browser at this time for every Add-On available, but I was able to install ZoneAlarm with no errors. It is loaded into the Secure Browser Firefox Add-On manager, and the ZoneAlarm is loaded into the SystemTray as well. I found a website (http://www.pcflank.com) that tests ports and it passed this test. Not sure how conclusive this test was or not, since my Windows 7 is in a virtual environment behind a hardware firewall.

So when the new 5.3 Secure Browser is released, both of these issues will be addressed. This version has a planned release date in May, so not too far away.
