Cannot join K100 SMA to Domain for SSO. Getting an error. Logs below

ERROR: Unable to join computer object
ERROR: Could not join to the domain
VAS_ERR_FAILURE: Unspecified failure
Could not extract realm from dn "CN=kbox,computers"
Caused by:
SYSERR-2: No such file or directory
I have double and triple checked, the information I input is correct.
