Cannot get MSI file to install

I have created a script to uninstall Trend Deep Security and on completion install Trend Office Scan.  The script is successful in removing TDS but fails to install TOS.  I have included an image of the install.  Also, the file I have uploaded and am trying to install is agent_cloud_x64.msi.

MSIExec will obviously just *guess* what command line options you want to run, right? It'll easily work out the name of the MSI, whether or not you're installing, uninstalling or repairing, whether or not there's a transform to be applied, etc., etc.
