i already did but my bios version is very old dell support stated that we should upgrade bios manually as the version of bios is very old. - sarwarahmed 9 years ago

You need
under system configuration - intigrated NIC and check enable with PXE
under general - boot sequence check the box next to onboard network controller
also place it where you want in boot sequence or hit f12 while booting and choose the nic
