Cannot add transform to GP

I had an OfficeXP installation via group policy, assigned. It worked fine. I recently had to recreate the GP, and am using the same package. However, in GP, on the Modifications tab, the buttons are all greyed out, so I cannot add the transform.

Anyone know why?

You can only add a transform when you originally create the GP, so if you add the package, then click OK, then go back in to add the MST, it will not work. You will need to make sure you specify "Advanced" when adding the package and add the transform at that time.
