can you make a field required based on the values in another field.

I may have asked this question before, so apologies. Is there anyway to make a field required based on the value in another field. The preferred solution would be to format the KB article and pull that into the Summary field and retain the formatting

As that doesn't seem to be possible plan B would be to ensure they attach a form if the categories are a certain value.

Basically, No, I am guessing you are talking about Servicedesk fields, as hard as I try I can figure no way of introducing dependencies within a ticket view and I have tried for years
