Can you change the format of Time Opened in Kace Helpdesk to be M/DD/YY  HH:MM, rather than it displaying 4d 6h?  When looking at all tickets, it would be most helpful if it actually gave the date, rather than saying time opened 6d ago and I counting 6 days back.  I would like to do a sort by time opened, and prefer it be an actual date and time in my views for all tickets.  Can we change this column for all helpdesk user views?

I don't believe you can change that view on the KBOX for the date column. Unless support has some PS they offer that can be done on the backend via a tether line. If you run a report you could get it in that format but it would be a report, not the interface view.
