Can´t communicate Kase wiht my computers

Hi, i have a provisional licence of K1000 but already have my Provisioning Schedules and only a few computers answer my request, the problem is, i can not see them in my inventary.

If i use another segment from my network inmmediatly i see my computers in my inventary.

Can you help me to fix  my problem o can you tell me some tips to fix that problem, please? Thanks in advance

Hello hmontoya,

Maybe check the local firewalls on the machines you're trying to call and check on any group policies you might have running in your environment. Also in the past UAC gave me issues with trying to talk with machines. I would check those as well.
