Can't activate feature w/Smarteam V5 R18 on silent install

I'm trying to make a mst for a silent install of Smarteam V5 R18 SP3.
I need to activate a feature and everytime I run the msi + mst (with the feature activate) /qn nothing change.
The install level is 100 and I've also try to change it to 1 but same result.

Any guess ?

Check the Condition table so the feature isn't conditioned with the UILevel property

Was able to delete 2 conditions and it work great.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
