Can restore only Service Desk (ticket) on KACE SMA ?
I can't find the ticket I'm looking for. Maybe it was because I accidentally deleted it.
Is there any way to restore only the ticket on service desk from backup?
You could spin up a temporal VM on the same version as your SMA
Pull > Restore some older backups, and search there.
Then export the ticket via CSV Export, and import it to your Production SMA.
Destroy the temp VM.
