When running the KACE client as another locale (i.e. German) default field names and value options are translated, but any custom field names or manually entered field values are not.

Is there somewhere I can go to add the German (or other language) value translations?

The translation of all of the standard fields is done as part and parcel of the software, providing that as an option on any number of Custom fields that the customer could create within the tool, is way too much to ask.

In short no this cannot be done, the only possible option you may have is to create a German queue which you would have to translate your custom fields for. If that German queue was identical to the main English queue tickets would be able to pass freely without losing any information. You may also be able to set up a rule so that if you select a German staff member it moves the ticket to the German queue, but we would have to work on that.
