can i choose what fields are shown based on the category i select in a Ticket.

I am implementing a queue and i would love to know if it possible to show only certain fileds in the ticket when a specific category is chosen

This is not possible within the current versions of KACE, the closest we have managed to get to this kind of functionality is to populate a dropdown dependant on a value in another field.
As an example, if you select Hardware as a category Custom_field_1 dropdown displays values 1,2 and 3
If you select Software as a category then Custom_Field_1 dropdown displays values 4, 5 and 6
So in effect you can change the content of a field dependant on other values within the ticket, the downsides of this though are that it takes some pretty serious SQL in the query: statement within the custom field and also you have to select the category value, then save the ticket before the Custom_Field_1 value is able to update and change
