Running program creates additional files on the desktop and/or other locations on the user system. How to stop this?

can any one know about this error . Running the program creates a few additional files and places them on the desktop and/or other locations on the user system. how to fix it?

Check the Working Directory of the Shortcut you are launching.. If it is pointing to DeskTop then redirect it to some other folder...
