CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THE CAB FILES ARE FOR AFTER CREATING YOUR TRANSFORM?

When you created your transform did you add any extra files to your package?
Most of the packaging suite products create a Cab file for of extra files, then reference them in the MST.
Curious what product are u using to create your mst files with?
