anyone have any ideas how i can package this are find the MSI for this.

Ohhhhhhh....you mean this download http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=200B2FD9-AE1A-4A14-984D-389C36F85647&displaylang=en which took me less than 3 seconds to find on the MS site.
The EXE extracts and executes an MSI but you need to be quick so that you can copy it before the EXE deletes it when it's done. I normally just wait for MSIExec.EXE to appear in the Task manager task list and kill it. The MSI will be in your %TEMP% folder (not %SystemRoot%\TEMP) and will have a random name.
