I tried putting the Authkey and SerialKey alongwith AGREETOLICENSE=1 in the property as provided by the solution in KB, but even then the msi didnt capture the information provided.
I tried creatin the Transforms which didn work too :(
One of the response transform created by Editor could not capture information of Serial n Auth Keys, another transform by TUNER didnt work .
Can some1 help in this ? Any guesses ?

See if my "Monitor MSI installation actions in real time" comment helps to find the proper property to save the Authkey and SerialKey information to.

No AngelD , the link that u gave doesnt help me in this ..

If you install the MSI manually and enter the Auth and Serial info does it work?
If so you need to check the log file to find out the actual property that is used or if it is written down in a file/registry during UI.
My guessing is that you are looking for public properties instead private once.

Yo man !! thats GREAT !!
Fantastic .. I could find the solution !! I checked the LOG. Found the Properties as PROUCT_ID and AUTH_KEY... wrote the KEYs in their respective PROPERTY table.. Marked YES to AGREETOLICENSE .. and It works !!
