BlackBerry DeskTopManager 4.30

Goodmorning,

when I want to install a Vendor MSI from BlackBerry with a Transform I receive the next message:

Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {303994BA-6487-47AE-AF1D-7AF6088EEBDB}. HRESULT: 0x80070003. assembly interface: IAssemblyCacheItem, function: Commit, assembly name: Microsoft.MSXML2,publicKeyToken="6bd6b9abf345378f",version="4.1.0.0",type="win32",processorArchitecture="x86"

Google can't help me with this Error message in combination with BlackBerry and solutions with Adware or disabling Symantec virusscan
don't give me a solution either.
On the client is MSXML 4.0 installed, and to me it looks like that the MSI wants to work with 4.1.0.0.
Is there anybody who has experience with this MSI?

Thanks in advance.

I presume you have already used the tools at your disposal to thoroughly research the error first? Specifically http://itninja.com/question/help-with-msi-1340

I have read everything about Publisher Policy Files and that is not a part of the sollution, because
there are no conflicts. Your reply was a standard answer on the 1935 Error.

Is there somebody who knows this Vendor MSI in combination with a standard Transform.

My guess would be some missing or corrupt dependency.

- Does the MSI install cleanly without your transform?
- Have you installed with ProcMon (or your favoured process/registry/file monitor) running alongside to see what's missing?
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
