Avaya Proactive Contact Supervisor 5.0.1 "HealthManager" shortcut launch error
The msi installation with ISSETUPDRIVEN=1 is installed. All the shortcuts work fine except one. Which on launch shows the below error.
Looking into log it shows "Main()~~ActiveX component can't create object".
I have tried registering the DAO under Microsoft Shared and tried registering some .dll's. But still the error occurs.
Can Anyone suggest if you have come across such error.

Have u repackaged the application or is it a silent install of source ? IF you have repackaged the application , then u can do a gap capture/check for mismatch in registry & files/run procmon during the launch of shortcut to see what's missing ...

I'm installing the vendor msi which is used by the setup.exe. I performed a gap capture and used procmon too... Most of the entries were success and could not find any issues. In gap capture there were some Registry entries, which was added too... But still the error persists. - Nandhini 11 years ago

Well I am guessing you r missing something in the gap capture.. Anyways have u checked its a not a problem caused due to silent install ? ALso u can take a picturetaker difference between ur source capture & package capture. - hrs2cool 11 years ago
