Automatically routing a ticket within KACE to a specific Owner
Greetings, I have a queue (COMPLIANCE) setup within KACE Systems Management Appliance called Compliance. When i email a ticket to the COMPLIANCE smtp address it automatically logs the ticket to the COMPLIANCE queue.
How can i setup the ticket so it gets automatically logged to a specifically OWNER automatically. It currently defaults to Unassigned as shown below.
Go to Service Desk | Configuration |Queues | <Your Queue> | Customize Fields and Layout
Choose the Category you want to change and set Default owner (2nd field on the right side) to the owner you need . (if you use the tree view, in list view you see it slightly different but it is named the same)
