I noticed that after updating our K1000 to 10.1.99, the service desk can no longer refresh any faster than 30 seconds.

Is there a setting somewhere that can be changed to get it to refresh every 5 seconds like in the previous versions?

There is no option with less than 30s anymore.
The extreme regular updates could cause performance issues and so it was lowered on request.
