Is it possible to assign an LDAP group as ticket owners?
I was wondering if there is a way to add a distribution list as the owner email in the ticket category.
The reason is I need several people to receive the email When ownership changes. Can I create a ticket help desk admin with a distribution list as their email?
IN A NUTSHELL... I would like IT support to forward (By changing ownership) a ticket to a group of admins in a "Distribution list".
Any help as always is appreciated.
