Is anyone else experiencing long wait times for computer asset pages to load?


Our computer asset records literaly have hundreds of thousands of history records, and KACE tech support says there is no way to purge the useless "Machine disconnected" and "machine connected" records that seem to be a big part of the problem.

It takes about a minute for the page to load, which basically makes the computer asset records pretty cumbersome to use.

Does anyone else actually use the asset module in the KBox I wonder, since it seems to be a neglected part of the KBox admin UI anymore?

I've been using the asset management portion of the Kace appliance but it seems to be working fine although I'm on 5.2 and I don't have that many records about 5000 records.

I believe I heard that this is on the roadmap for enhancement, but you should definitely add and vote for it at http://kace.uservoice.com if it's not already there.
