How do u actually sequence an application that makes use of ODBC?

All you need to do is make sure you have an ODBC entry on your sequencer prior to monitoring.. After that its the same as any other app.. If you dont create the entry then the entire ODBC reg key is virtualised and your app won't see any local ODBC entries..

Do u need to include a ODBC connection in your application while building a MSI Or MST.

In reference to what DannyC stated & your initial request, here's the link for the MCS Sequencing 4.2 Guidelines PDF file. With your second question, you'll have to know your application to know if it needs it or not.
