Apply special screen formatting for VIP users

In KACE, is there a way to define special screen formatting for VIP or high-priority users?

For example, if we have executive level customers requesting assistance, we would like their name to reflect in a BOLD typeface and/or some type of VIP iconography when it is selected from the user list.  This should be visible to a technician creating the ticket, or any individual who is subsequently assigned the ticket.

short answer: No

long answer: you can do a huge amount of workarounds (special queue etc which if filled by ticket rules etc)

But you can vote for this feature at https://kace.uservoice.com/

Or if you can lower your expectations, you could have a ticket rule that shows that the user is a VIP, quite simply by populating a read only field with “VIP” when the ticket submitter is “on the list”.

That can be controlled quite easily using a CASE statement in the update statement of the ticket rule.
