apply office 2007 service pack 1 on onenote only ?
How can I apply office 2007 service pack 1 (office2007sp1-kb936982-fullfile-en-us.exe) only on onenote ?

Is OneNote the only part of the suite which is installed? If so, then only that part will get the SP, provided your command line is correct. If the whole suite is installed, why on earth would you NOT want to apply the SP to it?!?

The problem is that office 2007 SP1 is allready deployed to operating systems and now we have to deploy onenote 2007 and we want to make sure that onenote immediatelly gets the correct service pack.

So you have a deployment of Office 2007 SP1 without OneNote and you want to deploy OneNote from the SP1 install point. I can't see the problem. Create your patch and deploy it. I think you have to use the '/Modify' switch.
