Application works fine on XP with Office 2003 not on Win7 with Office 2003

Hi,

I have an application which launches MS Word and opens an report. Now in WinXP with Word 2003 it works perfectly fine as expected but when we use this on Win7 32 bits with Word 2003 or 2007 or 2010 it fails to launch and gives the following error. Its a bit old app and not supported presently and has been a show stopper for Win7 migration. Any help would be much much appreciated.
